Join Capital Region Interfaith Creation Care Coalition and Riverkeeper for a cleanup at Corning Preserve Riverfront Park / Jennings Landing from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm for the 15th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. This is a rain or shine event.

Volunteers will meet at Corning Preserve Riverfront Park / Jennings Landing, 1 Quay Street, Albany, NY. There is a parking lot at the Corning Preserve Riverfront Park entrance. There is also parking at the boat launch area. Everyone will need to check in at the check-in table, which will be to the right of the parking lot not too far from the public restrooms in the park and near a gazebo.

We recommend all Sweep volunteers to bring a hat, sunscreen, a full reusable water bottle, snacks, insect repellent, work gloves, grabbers, and hand sanitizer. We will supply tools to anyone that needs them.

This site is suitable for elementary-aged children with adult supervision.
