DESCRIPTION: May 2, 2026, 9:30 am to 11:30 am\n\nJoin Brooklyn Solid Waste Advisory Board and Riverkeeper for a cleanup at Bush Terminal Park from 9:30 am to 11:30 am for the 15th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. This is a rain or shine event.\n \nVolunteers will meet at Bush Terminal Park at Marginal Street and 43rd Street, Brooklyn, NY. Parking is available near the meeting location.\n\nWe recommend all Sweep volunteers to bring a hat, sunscreen, a full reusable water bottle, insect repellent, work gloves and hand sanitizer. \n\nThis site is suitable for elementary-aged children with adult supervision.\n\nQuestions?
