DESCRIPTION: May 2, 2026, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm\n\nJoin Castleton-on-Hudson Main Street Association and Riverkeeper for a cleanup and invasive species removal project at Riverfront Park from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for the 15th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. This is a rain or shine event.\n \nVolunteers will meet at 2 South Main Street, Castleton-on-Hudson, NY at Main Street and Scott Avenue in the parking lot near the Amtrak fence. Street parking is available.\n\nWe recommend all Sweep volunteers to bring a hat, sunscreen, a full reusable water bottle, insect repellent, work gloves and hand sanitizer. If available, please bring yard hand tools such as rakes, loppers, and pruners. A chain saw is welcome. We recommend long pants that you can tuck into socks to prevent tick bites.\n\nThis site is not suitable for elementary-aged children.\n\nQuestions?
