On Saturday, June 20, join us from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Newburgh for the Riverkeeper Fish Migration Celebration Welcoming of the Fish! Together we will mark the return of our Hudson River fish home from the ocean with our river-faring flotilla of fish-themed boats. Be a part of the festivities on the water with Riverkeeper and the Newburgh Waterways Center as kayakers transform into a school of fish and journey from Ward Brothers Memorial Rowing Park to Unico Park to join the flotilla. A $10 fee is required to kayak with the Newburgh Waterways Center for this event. The fee includes ACA membership (American Canoe Association). The event is open to both those who already have a kayak and would like to join using their own equipment and to those who need a kayak provided by the center.
